LDA to Lease and Auction Commercial Plots, Public Utility Plots and Educational Sites

Lahore Development Authority is a government organization responsible for the development of Lahore city as per the government plan. The authority has the mandate to regulate and permit construction projects, issue permission to private housing schemes for development, and make sure development work is in the public interest. LDA has invited individuals, companies, and organizations to participate in the event of auction and lease of commercial and residential plots, public utility and education sites, and petrol pumps. The upcoming LDA Grand auction is set to be held on 15^th May 2024.

LDA has offered two commercial plots in Johar Town for auction. The plots are located in the Finance & Trade Centre measuring a total of 12.23 Kanal of land. The plot number is 04-A while you need to submit 22 crores 2 lac as a deposit to participate in the auction. The second commercial plot in Finance & Trade Centre has an area of 8.23 Kanal or 164.6 Marla and requires a deposit of 14 Crore and 82 Lac rupees. The plot number is 04-G which is again a corner plot. The initial reserved price for both commercial plots is 90 lacs or 9 million per marla.

Educational Site Plot Auction Details – Best Chance for Educational Organizations

LDA has presented 1 plot as an educational site and 2 public utility plots. The educational site plot is located in Johar Town C Block, plot number 308, and measures a total area of 19 Kanal 4 Marla and 188 square feet. The initial price set by LDA for this plot is 1.55 million per marla, while participants need to deposit 6 Crores in favor of LDA.

Fruit Market Allama Iqbal Town Public Utility Plot Auction

LDA has presented a public utility plot located in fruit market Allama Iqbal Town. The Plot number is 88 and measure a total area of 4 Kanal. The initial auction price per marla is 1.75 million and participants need to deposit 1 crore 48 lacs rupees in favour of LDA.

Lake City Public Utility Plot Auction by LDA

LDA has also presented a public utility plot for auction located in Lake City Lahore GE-III Block. As per LDA, the plot measure a total area of 58.21 Kanal and the initial auction price is 1.2 million per marla. The deposit amount requirement is 14 crores for this plot.
